Location: Erdington

Hours: Zero hours – various shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Salary: National Minimum wage/National Living Wage dependant on age.

We are now recruiting for a Barista required for our coffee shop in Birmingham. This exciting new venture requires an experienced team player with strong barista skills and coffee shop experience to support the manager to build the business! Eden *more than coffee* is a social enterprise that donates all profits in support of disadvantaged young people whilst also providing apprenticeships and work experience opportunities too!

The successful candidate will have a real passion for coffee and excellent customer service to give customers the best experience possible. They will seek to inspire staff and customers through their passion and enjoy the buzz of helping others through their fantastic work.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work flexibly to support the needs of the business.
