We have a new exciting opportunity for a Business Engagement Coordinator to join our Training and Education team based in Erdington. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent contract working 35 hours per week. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
As our Business Engagement Coordinator, you will ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.
With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the successful Business Engagement Coordinator will proactively identify and pursue opportunities for developing and maintaining productive and enduring relationships with businesses and organisations external to the YMCA.
This Business Engagement Coordinator role is to specifically develop the apprenticeship offering into other organisations and other categories, through implementing various sales and marketing strategies. The successful applicant will also be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive administrative support and customer relationship management service for all related activities.
